Azimuts Stories is a 55 page manual containing 30 different stories. Each story is followed by a list of questions about the story. The vocabulary is appropriate for cycle 2 and 3 students. Your students win enjoy reading the stories and they will benefit from the opportunity to practice finding the correct answers.
Suggestions
1. Read a story outloud to your class. Then read the questions outloud, one at a time, and ask your students to tell you the answers.
2. Make a copy of one story for every student in the class. Ask the students to read it quietly, and then write the correct answers without discussing their answers with their peers. Finally, ask the students to share and compare their answers outloud.
3. Make one copy of each story. Ask each student to take one story and answer the questions. Provide a copy of the correct answers. Ask the students to check their answers individually.
4. Ask your students to read all 30 stories over the course of a school year. Give the students access to the correct answers and ask them check all their answers.
